My First Kig Came Today, I Have Questions!
I got this kigurumi from shushu kig and I love her! I do have a few questions though. How do I fix a lock that wont close all the way? One side closes easily but the other closes just enough to not move, but not fully. And how do I keep loose hair down? It’s hard to see but image 3 in the middle theres some loose hair I need to fix.

I'm having a hard time
I've wanted a kig mask for a long time, now that I finally have SOME money to spare, I was eying some of the makers, mainly AKG but thank god I found some posts saying they're a scam. But it was also the most affordable option for me, since they provide the hadatai as well, it'd be really good value. But I don't want to risk it so I went back to looking through makers only to find that everything is REALLY pricy and most of the makers don't even communicate in english, so I'll probably never get a mask.
