Can kilter 2x/week, how should I structure my sessions?

RRG sport climber, not a boulderer but trying to get stronger for future seasons.

I will be able to utilize a kilter 12x12 OG 2x/week in addition to one rope day.

Right now my highest sends on kilter are a handful of 6b+'s, a fair amount of 6bs and lots below that.

Should one session be projecting and the other be quick sends? Or 4x4s?

About how many sends/attempts per session and how long of a session should I aim for? And with that info, any recommendations for what grades to go for?

Thanks!

Make the routes stop at the end of the timer?

I noticed thatvsince the app update, if you are climbing a route, the route will start over once it reaches the wnd of the timer. This is really annoying because the lights go back to the start before I have time to get to the last holds. Is there a setting somewhere that turns this off? New to kilter so sorry if this is a stupid question.

Boardsesh App 2.0 is live!

Play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.boardsesh.app&hl=en\_AU

Boardsesh 2.0 is a full native rebuild. The whole app is rewritten, so it's fast where it used to lag. Lists scroll smooth, search is instant.

The Android and iOS now have their own platform specific look & feel.

Too many features to list, the app store listings has a release notes. Most note worthy being the recently climbed feature (but only amongst boardsesh users). We also sync the kilter climb database now, and will soon enable kilter to boardsesh syncing of user data.

Roadmap:
I'm a bit tired after spending the last month building this thing. But we have moonboard 2024 data in the pipeline thanks to amazing community contributions. There's also an ipad version to look forward to.

Kilter saved

Kilter must be delighted that Moon seem to have also fucked their app with a new release, thus stemming the tide of people leaving Kilter gyms for the Moon Board.
