$217 for a house without AC are you fucking kidding me? this is what I would pay in the summer in TX. is there something I am missing or is this just another expensive tahoe thing?

yards here are either super manicured lawns or dirt lots and not a lot in between. also barely any fences. recently bought a place and our is mostly dirt so I’m looking for inspiration from other folks and what they’ve done

moving into a place soon where the crawl space has apparently been an issue for keeping bears out. the old owners had a bear mat but are taking it. any alternatives or should I just shell out the $400 for a new one?
