r/ladybugs

Got this cool photo with my iphone!

Walked along Woodbridge Island beach today and saw billions of ladybugs washed ashore. Does anyone know how and why?

Are these little ones settling in for the winter season? I get the impression they are so going to have to relocate these flowers carefully!
