Someone I know is pregnant by a khusra, what should they do?

Long story short, she is in Pakistan and her man is in Canada. They have been like this for a year while she waits for the visa to be granted.

She saw a hot khusra at a traffic light and decided to start a relationship. She is now 5 months pregnant with her baby. What options does she have in Pakistan, Quetta area?

Can she give up her baby then adopt it back legally?

Does wife really take 50% of husband's assets after divorce?

I have heard that according to a new law wife will get 50% of husband's assets after divorce.

Can someone please explain how much money wife can get after divorce if the husband was the only provider for the whole family?

How do lawyers in Pakistan usually charge for their services?

I'm trying to understand how the billing system works for lawyers in Pakistan.

If I wanted to hire a lawyer for myself, not just for one case, but also for ongoing legal advice on different matters (property, contracts, family, business, etc.) how do lawyers typically charge?

- Is it per consultation, hourly, monthly retainer, or per case?

- What's considered a reasonable fee?

- If you have a lawyer on retainer, what does that usually include?

- Are there any hidden costs or things I should watch out for before hiring one?

I'd appreciate hearing from lawyers or anyone who has experience hiring one in Pakistan.

Thanks!

[Legal Advise needed] Etihad Town Premier Enclave forcing PKR 700k/month instead of agreed 195k

everyone,
I need some advice regarding a serious issue I am facing with Etihad Town Premier enclave.

When I originally booked my 5 Marla plot, my signed allocation and contract explicitly stated a monthly installment plan of PKR 195,000. I have been paying my dues accordingly.

However, this month, Etihad Town completely changed the payment plan on their official mobile app portal without any prior written notice or mutual agreement. My monthly installment demand has suddenly ballooned from PKR 195,000 to PKR 700,000 per month.

My questions for the community here:

- Can a private developer legally alter a signed payment schedule mid-contract just because they want to wrap up payments before their own internal possession date?

- I am planning to send a payment (online) of my original contract PKR 195,000 for upcoming months as per signed plan ? Should i continue with this approach ?

Any guidance would be highly appreciated.
Thank you!

Can someone plz guide me...

I

am looking for an official Pakistan Army email address where I can submit a complaint regarding my abusive husband, who is a serving member of the Pakistan Army. He abandoned me, and I obtained khula after giving up my haq mehr. The case currently pending in court is regarding the return of my personal belongings (luggage) that I left behind and the custody of our daughter. He is not providing any financial support for our daughter and has not provided her Army medical card or any other benefits to which she may be entitled. I am seeking guidance and assistance regarding my situation. If anyone can help or direct me to the appropriate authority, I would be deeply grateful. I am also a doctor, currently working as a house officer, and I am doing my best to support myself and my daughter.
