Moving out is not possible right now. If my father yalls at me then I can't focus and I have problem sleeping. My day goes bed. I am sure this is a very common problem in Pakistan. My question is how do Pakistani people who have abusive parents who yell at them a lot not get affected by that? The biggest problem with this is that I have difficulty sleeping and I make mistakes because I can't focus. For example I cannot drive due to problem sleeping. I just want his yelling to stop affecting me.
Please only reply if you have abusive parents and you know how to deal with it.

I injected 10 mg BpC 157 and 5 mgt b 500. I injected 5 days a week for 4 weeks. The first two weeks I only injected BPC 157. After that the pain was gone. But 3 days later the pain was back. So it did reduce the pain temporarily.
Now I'm not sure if I should inject myself again or not because I'm worried the pain might come back again. Some people told me that I didn't inject enough. I want the pain to be gone forever and for my elbow to heal completely.

I have tennis elbow in both arms. So I was injecting one arm per day.
I injected 5 days a week for 28 days.
The dos was 500 MCG per dayfor both BPC 157 and TB 500
Total I injected 10mg of BPC 157 and 5mg of TV500
