Welcome 2nd decans, to the anniversary of our births. What's that? What is a 2nd decan Libra? Well my dear, 2nd decan Libras were born between October 3rd and October 12th, though some consider the 13th as part of our glorious troupe as well.

2nd Decan Libras are ruled by mother Venus but have a touch of Aquarius influence as well, which creates quite a unique push and pull between the two rulers, creating what? That's right my love, BALANCE. 2nd decans are known as the "wild card" Libras, unpredictable, the most original, the most innovative, the best Libras period dot end of story. Don't come for me darling, I didn't make the rules, I just follow them...or do I? That's the fun part.

2nd decans are known to be very keen on following the rules and maintaining order, but they are also known for breaking them when fairness and justice says the rules were not fair to begin with. While Libra says think about the other, Aquarius says think about the community, and when you mix these two you get a Libra with a passion for fairness for EVERYBODY. We are unconventional in our thinking as well, an intelligence and grace that is unmatched.
