The original video was made private so here is a reupload and some information i gathered when locating the original source.

2 Music Videos where shot that night;

"Lil Tracy & Lil Raven - New" & "Lil Tracy - Pictures" where filmed in early hours of February 13th 2017 made clear by this tweet.

Although both music videos where filmed in February 2017 only "New" would be released.

"Pictures" music video would be shelved and wouldn't be uploaded until @jalenscott._ (his original alias was TheManJal) randomly dropped it on his personal Youtube channel on January 3rd 2018 source is this tweet.

An additional teaser for the music video was posted on February 14th 2017. tweet

Hey, I recently noticed that the OG music video for "Pictures" has been removed from YouTube. Any help towards viewing or downloading the original video would be clutch.
