Anyone remember Train Bomb Survival on LBP 1?

I'm trying to remake it on my psp since my ps3 died recently, it was one of my favorite levels growing up. If anyone knows, how was the endless train track effect made?

We’re all grown up now…

It’s incredible to think how far we’ve all come and what lives we live now since we started playing LBP from the very beginning. The lives we thought we’d live and the lives we did live. It’s been an excellent ride.

“Do not take lightly your hopes, your ideas, your fantasies. Let them grow. Nurture them. Then, your wildest imaginings will soon trip the dream fantastic, soaring into the wonderplane and spreading into something altogether magnificent. And perhaps you'll see them again. The next time you visit LittleBigPlanet.” [1]

Another scene from my titanic film

After signaling the ship on the horizon for almost the entire sinking, the crew give up on the hope that the ship not that far off will come and rescue them. This was the Californian, which did not know that they were seeing the Titanic sink despite them noticing the ship at an odd angle(believing it was the ship turning at anchor), or the fact that the there were rockets coming from the ship(believing it was company signals).

Lifeboat 4 gets filled with passengers by the command of Officer Lightoller, who had a strict policy on the women and children first social norm. Lifeboat 4 was lowered to the promenade deck, where passengers climbed through the opened windows into the boat.

What's the closest I can get to recreating LBP before I get into legal trouble with Sony?

I miss lbp a lot, and i was thinking about creating a game that stayed true to it as much as possible. But I feel like I would get into trouble if I used textures, SFX, etc.

I beat LBP 2 for the first time

Genuinely a masterpiece of a sequel and series as a new fan of LBP this series is amazing I might go beat 1 and 3 sometime but I fully get the hype with this series I had a blast with the story mode and combined with the community levels on the private servers this series makes me genuinely smile

I helped bring the LittleBigPlanet PlayStation Home hoodie into real life.

I wanted to share a project that has been really special to me as a longtime LittleBigPlanet fan.
Some of you might remember the LittleBigPlanet hoodie/outfit that existed in PlayStation Home. Like a lot of virtual clothing from that era, it was something you could see your avatar wearing, but there was never really a way to own that exact piece in real life.
I decided I wanted to change that.
I ended up collaborating with someone to study the original PlayStation Home hoodie and recreate it as accurately as we could as a real, wearable hoodie. We spent a lot of time looking at references, figuring out the graphics, colors, cuff details, zipper area, Sackboy artwork, and the smaller details that made the original design recognizable.
The goal was never to make some completely new interpretation of it. I wanted it to feel like somebody had taken the hoodie directly out of PlayStation Home and made it exist in the real world.
One of the biggest reasons I wanted to do this was preservation. PlayStation Home is gone, and a lot of the clothing, promotional material, and artwork connected to that era of PlayStation and LittleBigPlanet is becoming harder to properly document. Projects like this are a way of keeping a tiny piece of that history alive.
I also want to make something very clear: everyone is welcome to use the designs we created.
If you’re another LBP fan and you want to make your own hoodie, improve the design, use the recreated graphics for a personal project, or simply archive them, please do. I’m not interested in gatekeeping the work. I’d actually love to see more people make their own versions.
This was made by fans because we love LittleBigPlanet, and I think it should stay available to the community.
I’ll be sharing the design files/references so anyone interested can use them.
LittleBigPlanet was always a game about Play, Create, Share, so making the finished work available to everyone feels like the most LBP way possible to complete the project.
And if anyone ends up making their own real-life version using these designs, please post it. I’d genuinely love to see it.

PS the main logo design I chose something different as I couldn’t find a higher resolution of the original off the hoodie.

Hey everyone, I couldn’t find this figure on any website so does anyone have it and interested in selling it or knows someone who’d sell it?

Going on a nostalgia trip with LBP right now

Even though I only ever got to play LBP3 and joined the community at a pretty late time (2016) the memories I have from this wonderful game are unmistakable. I got introduced to new aesthetics, new creativity, new beauty, and new happiness that made my life at that time so colorful and worriless. Had I not grown up with this game I wouldn't be reminiscing about my childhood right now. I just loaded up my PlayStation to find pictures, levels, DLC, and costumes saved from years ago and I just couldn't believe it's really been that long. It makes me happy to see the community still active and to know I'm not alone in this. What I love is that no matter when you joined or what you played or whether you even played or watched other people play you'd still understand just how LBP made you feel and still be so familiar with the wonderful community it's built over the years. This is one of the few games I truly never felt restricted or restrained by and I don't think any other puzzle-platformer game, that is, if there are many, could come close. I can only hope there's something in the future that brings those generations after us as much happiness.
