Станува збор за интерактивна платформа која ги мапира и визуелизира сите реални податоци директно од Трезорот на Министерството за финансии за сите општини. Апликацијата го пресметува нето фискалниот биланс по глава на жител — односно, колку пари секој жител на одредена општина реално уплатил во државниот буџет, а колку таа општина повлекла назад преку блок-дотации и трансфери.

Од каде се податоците?

Нема моделирање и нема претпоставки. Архивата се потпира исклучиво на официјални државни извори:

• Министерство за финансии (open.finance.gov.mk) — реални остварени приходи и расходи.
• ДЗС (Попис 2021) — реални бројки за резидентно население.
• Агенција за вработување (АВРМ) — точни бројки за невработеност по региони.
• ESPEO извештаи (Q1 2026) — за евидентираните неисполнети обврски на општините.

Забелешка: Методологијата зема предвид и фактори како проценета даночна евазија (сива економија), социјално оптоварување и административни трошоци за секоја општина посебно.

Клучни наоди во бројки:

Билансот е поделен на точни половини: 14 општини се нето-доприносители, а 14 општини се во тежок дефицит и се потпираат исклучиво на централни трансфери.

Околу контроверзите во јавноста

Апликацијата веќе крена прашина на социјалните мрежи. Неколку националистички профили (главно албански) веднаш почнаа да спинуваат дека ова е некаков „етнички напад“ врз нивните општини.

Сакам да го кажам мојот став јасно: Бројките се од Министерството за финансии, а парите немаат нација. Штип не е „македонска“, ниту Липково е „албанска“ категорија во буџетот. Ова е чиста економска и фискална географија. Едната општина има активна индустриска зона и силна даночна база, другата едноставно нема. Толку. Националистичките спинови се само параван за да не се зборува за лошото локално менаџирање и акомулирањето милионски долгови.

Затоа што сметам дека секој граѓанин што плаќа даноци и придонеси во оваа држава има апсолутно право да знае каде завршуваат неговите пари и колкав е реалниот економски поврат во неговата локална средина. Доста ни беше од политички изјави, време е да погледнеме во рамнотежата на сметката.
