I'm relatively new to macrame, but I thought I'd try my hand at designing my own pattern!

There's a few things I think I'll change when I use actual chord, but I think it looks okay enough to share here.

I'm still working on getting my knots to look nice and tidy, and I didn't really do anything to get the fringe to look good... But other than that, is there anything glaringly wrong with my pattern that should be fixed? Please let me know!

Made a festive bracelet

This was my first real project (apart from learning and practicing some square knots on hemp jewelry cord) and I'm so happy with it. My cats love it too. I accidentally had an unreasonable amount of leftover cord from cutting the pieces too long, so I used them as filler to make a climbing rope for my cats too. I wish I could add videos, because I recorded my kitten having the time of his life!

Just a quick little simple bracelet

I’ve been playing a lot of Baldur’s Gate 3 lately and it inspired me to make this vine brain-esq headpiece ✨🌿

I messed up the tension a bit in the center and that’s why it’s wonky but this one will be for me and I now know how to go about the next one better:))

Also pls ignore my very grown out roots 😭

I did this handbag as a gift, love the result but my fingers were killing me with all these square knots.

My mom was working on this project before she died. It was laying around my house for years and I recently decided I want to finish it.

I know nothing about macrame but would love to learn so I can finish this project.

I've been trying to find a tutorial on what kind of stitch she was using to make it but I haven't had any luck. I would really appreciate any guidance anyone could give me!!!

Working on my summer clothing collection and I wasn’t sure I’d like this top at first but now that I’ve tried it on I’m loving it!!

3mm cord hand dyed and the beads are chips of amethyst, green aventurine, rose quartz and glass beads
