I want to buy automatic 7XO. Based on your experience, which is better Petrol Automatic or Diesel automatic.

Can you please share your city/Highway mileage for Petrol/Diesel. I am considering AX3 version and not a big fan for sunroof.

Is there lots of maintenance required for Diesel 7XO like start every 15 days etc? Due to my job, I may travel abroad for two weeks frequently. If I don't use it for 7XO Diesel for two weeks, Will it give any issues like suzuki diesel cars...

7XO is big for my family but during holidays trips extra space is better.

I have a 2023 Diesel Automatic XUV700. I have 46K on the odo as of today. Idk why from the last 2-3 months I have seen an enormous mileage drop in my car in city (and I usually travel in the non peak hours mostly). Tried driving in Zip mode in the best way possible but still it ain’t going above 7.5-7.6 (previously it used to be around 8.5-9.5 or even 10 sometimes). My friend suggested to get Engine Decarbonizing done Entire Fuel System Cleaning Fuel Pump Injectors, Filters Cleaning, Airflow n Boost Sensors cleaning (he has got it done for his XUV500 and defender as well as it is a doorstep service). So it it fine if I also get it done ?

All the time i don’t want to loose my focus on screen for simple things like hazard lamp, ac controls n many more.

Also, I don’t use sunroof much. So for pure driving pleasure whether ax3 diesel automatic will suffice my purpose or there is something really nice in ax7 that i must spent additional 3 lacs??

Xuv 7XO is designed to cruise at 3 digits in highways comfortably. However, in our Indian highways, specially where street lights r absent, the driver need a clear vision ahead while cruising at higher speeds. Also, a good headlight having long range/throw helps driver maintain 100+ speed.

1. Whether xuv 7xo [apart from ax7L & T] has sufficient high range illumination?
2. If not, does Mahindra has left any chance for us to upgrade those headlights? I mean can one put a light in that dummy booster headlamp space?

I booked 7xo ax7 D At last week.

Downloaded Mahindra for you app and the status shows NA. Is this normal?

For those who already received car, how does the status progress further?

My dealer said you will be notified by an email from the company and they have no idea for now.

Hi all. I’m playing to upgrade my car to an XUV 7XO Diesel AT or XEV 9S. I’m a sailor and the car sits idle for a couple of months at a stretch. I’ll be using it 50-50 in city-highways, when I’m home. My annual mileage is close to 10000 kilometres. Although I’m inclined towards diesel, I’m worried for possible DEF filter clogging and other issues if the car sits idle for long. When I’m home, I’ll be going on long vacations, so worried about the EV charging network. What’s your take on this? Also please let know what’s the annual service cost of XEV 9S/9E and XUV 7XO Diesel. TIA

Should I go for the XuV 7XO T or the Seltos GTX variant? I tested both and loved the suspension and engine of the 7XO, but I preferred the fit and finish of the Seltos. The engine of the Seltos is a bit slow to react.
