What all should I get from dealer and what from outside?
The modern batteries are good and companies have various promises to make.
However, what will be the expected range drop after using it for 6-7 yrs? Also companies mention charging one AC after every 4-5 DC or else warranty is voided.
Also, warranty is voided if there is any physical damage on battery.
So there are various caveat in favor of companies to reject warrant claims. So if range drops by 25-30%, ideally you can’t do anything if company rejects warranty.
Want to know all your thoughts regarding range drop or any personal experience in the recent 2-3 yrs?
I need a self drive car rental for 7 days. Any good providers here? I prefer a corporate company if not I will look for local providers.

I was recently confused about petrol/diesel for 7xo and talked to a few ppl regarding this.
One has AX7L D AT, one has AX7T D AT, and one has booked AX7T D AT. None of them had idea about what is dpf and what could be the issues. Like no idea at all!
That left me thinking how ppl are making such big decisions without any research.
If you can please share real world city and highway mileage, it will help me make a decision.

I have booked 7xo D AT and thinking of shifting to petrol due to dpf concerns. 7xo petrol auto mileage will burn my pockets so thinking of Safari.
What are your thoughts?

10-11k kms per year | 50-50 city and highway split.
Mostly city trips include small trips of 5km one way in light traffic like going to office (which is pretty close), grocery shopping, etc. For night city drives usually 6-8 km one way. It is a tier 2 city so not heavy traffic.
Mostly when going on highways trips range from 100-500 kms one way, but not too frequent.
Also, car stays ON ideal at times while in city to use AC.

Now my questions:
After watching some videos of xuv 700 diesel cars, i feel that initially this pattern will work but then i will get regen warning every 100-200 kms as dpf will start getting clogged and won’t completely clean up. Is this correct?

Downloaded Mahindra for you app and the status shows NA. Is this normal?

My dealer said you will be notified by an email from the company and they have no idea for now.
Any of you booked AX7 D AT recently or got the delivery? I am wondering how much I will have to wait as I have to sell my old car as well.
