Okay I’m a die hard market basket shopper…my entire life- but I’m ANNOYED. I just purchased these strawberries yesterday. I tipped the container to check the bottom for mushy/moldy ones while in the store. Opened the container this morning to rinse and serve to my kids and there’s a bunch that have gone to waste. I’m wondering if they had been frozen? Not worth bringing them back to the store but this happens often and it’s frustrating.

Over the summer I tried the new Market Basket Pasture Raised eggs and they were fantastic with brilliant orange yellow yolks and firm whites. Then they disappeared from the Burlington store in September. I saw them again in Waltham this week so I picked some up despite a man telling me his last dozen were not up to the previous quality. He said they were just like the regular market basket eggs with pale, dull yellow yolks. Sure enough I shoulda listened to that guy. The bait and switch occurred and these are NOT the same quality. Really disappointed and feel like if good Arthur were there this would not have happened
