Crimes against women remain rampant in India due to systemic misogyny
We need to stop ignoring the pervasiveness of violence against girls and women in Indian society, which is highly patriarchal and misogynistic. Many of the victims never receive proper justice, and some don't even lodge a report to the police due to institutional distrust and societal repression.
