Couple questions regarding development
I like the merging of Con into Str (and Cha into Wil), but it still seems like there's a small(er) tax tied to Str, for the survivability aspect. I watched Bob the World Builder's take on Nimble, and he noted that all his players took the Balanced stat array because it provided the most points. It also doesn't have a negative stat, so every character will have at least a 0 in Str. This seems... less than ideal. So I was curious if it was ever considered to just make your primary stat the one that drove bonus HP. This would stop Mages from becoming more swole as the campaign progressed (I get not everyone wants to play Raistlin, but some of us would like to at least live without looking like Charles Atlas too).
Secondarily, this is less about development and more about potential homebrew, has anyone experimented with bringing in the Spheres of Power into Nimble? It's my absolute favorite side system for 5E, and it seems like it would pair perfectly with the format of Nimbles' spell system. Spell points, cantrips, augmented spells, elemental damage already split out. Could make any baseline Sphere that isn't already represented in Nimble as a 'secret spell'; have to research where you could learn Void magic or whatever... seek out the hidden master in a monestary high atop the Skyscraper Mountains, etc. It would curtail a lot of 'I'm missing spells x,y,z' discussions, I think.
