Hi everyone. My husband is a massive resident evil fan and I've bought this for his birthday, but I can't currently open it up to check it over as he's at home and I want it to be a surprise 😥
From the outside looks fine to me but I don't really know anything about n64! If anyone could please have a quick look and let me know if it looks ok from outside id be forever grateful!
I like to build custom consoles. It looks brighter in the picture than it really is, but it does light up pretty cool.

I bought this multi game cartridge and for some reason this happens with some games
What should I do?
Trying to help my mom i may be in the wrong community this might not be the 64 but can someone help me get the color in the game
The picture of the PCB with no cartridge above it is Super Smash Bros (the one with the battery on the top left side). Mario Party 3 (authentic copy) is on the right side, and the reproduction cartridge is on the left side. All games, minus the reproduction cartridge, are authentic. Hopefully this quick visual reference post will help someone.
Is this how is supposed to sound the intro logo for zelda ocarina of time? In the recording is not too loud but if you focus you can heart it. Also the game sometimes is freezing in the home screen. Check video. (Turn up the volume to hear the sound glitch in the nintendo logo intro)
Here's my custom n64 I made my self..the colors are inspired by the Japanese 2 tone ice blue n64 ...and also several games I own more games are on the way like dk64 ocarina of time and Yoshis story
I've been working on a small N64 homebrew project called GB Transfer Dumper, and it's almost ready.
It lets you use an original Nintendo 64 Transfer Pak to read Game Boy and Game Boy Color cartridges and dump them directly to a SummerCart64 microSD card.
Right now it can:
.gb / .gbc.sav.sav files back to the cartridgeEverything runs directly on the N64 using libdragon + libtrpak. ROMs are streamed to the SD card, so it doesn't need to keep the entire cartridge ROM in RDRAM or require an Expansion Pak for larger dumps.
Still doing some testing and cleanup, but it's getting pretty close.

So long story short, we built a new garage a little while ago, mostly for my man toys; cars, guns, old stuff from when I cleaned out my parents’ house after my dad died, etc.
Well I set up a radio, but that gets old because it’s on old dial turning one with a long antenna, so I’ve got one station. It dawned on me that I still have my parents’ TV, and I found my NES, SNES, and N64 and all my games in my parents’ house.

Hi everybody. New to the community. A few years ago during Covid I bought a few used n64 games that I either had before and broke or lost. A few online, and jet force Gemini at a used game store. Now I haven’t noticed anything glaringly wrong thus far playing these games, but I also hadn’t finished replaying them in their entirety like I initially intended. I’d like to post a few and ask for opinions on if these games are authentic or repros just out of curiosity I guess.

My N64 works perfectly with the jumper pak, but I get no picture with the expansion pak. What's wrong?
Hello everyone! I am interested in getting a wireless controller with the lowest latency for mi original N64. As far as I have read online, 2.4Ghz version are the best in terms of latency. I have seen there are several options as Tribute64 v2 and 8bitdo 64 2.4Ghz version, but I cannot find online a conclusion about which of them have lowest latency or an overall conclusion of which one is better for use in original N64. Any help to take a decission will be highly appreciated!!!
