What the fuck grandma?!

Yesterday was NOT a good day... My mom and dad went to some concert out in Arizona and left me with my grandparents. I hate my grandparents house very much so i begged and begged "please dont go!" My screams could fill a cave.

Anyway, grandma made dinner there. Made some disgusting stuff, mashed potatoes and stuff like that. She made some steak as well but I didn't get any cause I cant chew meat too good.

Eventually, I started crying and missing my parents even more, so eventually my grandma had enough of it and told me to go outside and ride my bike. I was riding down the sidewalk and I killed my toe!

I went back to the house, crying for my mom. It was a very very horrible day, but finally it was the end of the day, which meant ice cream and TV! Funny enough, I went to sleep watching TV and woke up in my moms arms. What an eventful weekend!

36,332 Minutes Listening to Fecal Matter

Spotify says I’ve listened quite a bit. And that doesn’t even say anything about my habit of watching a live concert basically every night for all of high school.

How many minutes have you all spent listening to Nirvana?

Is Nirvana’s MTV Unplugged the greatest MTV Unplugged ever?

I just watched this podcast episode about Nirvana’s MTV Unplugged in New York and really enjoyed it, so I wanted to share it here.

It talks about why the performance still feels like one of the greatest live performances ever captured, especially because it wasn’t a normal acoustic greatest hits show. The setlist, the covers, The Meat Puppets section, and that final “Where Did You Sleep Last Night” performance all make it feel impossible to recreate.
