Did Azazel lie?

I get it demon lying = fork found in kitchen but I find it weird that in the season 1 finale he calls meg his daughter and the demon Dean shot his son.

In the season 5 episode, Abandon All Hope, Meg calls Lucifer her father. I understand she could be saying that in a religious way in the sense that he created demons but I'm not entirely sure.

Also if Meg and Dean's first demon KO were really Azazel's children then how? Were they his kids when he was human? Or are they pure demon babies?

Do you prefer Gozilla Minus One in color or in black and white?

I'm looking to watch it for the first time and I'm not sure which version I should go for. I have no issue with watching black and white movies at all so there isn't really any bias for me as to which I should watch.

Inconsistency or power difference?

In the season 1 finale Sam shoots John in the leg with the colt to try and kill Azazel but it doesn't kill him.

In the beginning of season 5 when Bobby is possessed, he stabs himself with the knife, which is weaker than the colt, killing the demon.

Before Bobby killed the demon possessing him, I always assumed the only way to kill a demon without killing it's vessel was with Sam's power but it seems that isn't the case.

So why did the demon in Bobby die from a much weaker weapon when Azazel was still perfectly fine after being shot by the colt the first time?
