NITT alum here. A student currently studying in NIT Trichy, hit my vehicle and almost caused a fatal accident when me and my toddler were riding.

Only details I could collect from him before he absconded are below

Reporting for freshies just started.. and i was looking forward to buy a cycle.. a known from the clg reccomended that I buy it from Amazon or flipkart itself

So any reccomendation for cycles likely with disc brakes!?! Suspension maybe!?!?

I am honestly extremely sad that I didn't even get shortlisted for the PI.

I prepared seriously and tried to do everything I could. I felt that I performed reasonably well in the test, so getting rejected at the shortlist stage is difficult to process.

I understand that there are probably factors beyond just how well I felt, and I am not trying to blame anyone. I just genuinely don't understand what I might be missing or what I should improve.

So i have my physical reporting on 18th and my friend has on 19th. What are the possible solutions so we get same room

I registered at 15 August but can't see provisional admission letter , help it's 17 august now . Is it uploaded somewhere else or what ? Can someone send a screenshot where is it visible on website ?

After the online registration on the portal, it just says your request was submitted or whatever, but am I supposed to be waiting for any confirmation of anything? Or just proceed to physical reporting?

Does anyone know if the reading room/library at NIT Trichy has AC? If not, are there any other places on campus where I can study with AC, especially for long study sessions? Any suggestions would be really helpful!
