When will the lateral induction of delta come up? I am so devastated .I don't think I will get inducted this time.
A few students who called the hostel office were reportedly told that the painting work is still incomplete in Zircon hostel and that we may be accommodated in another hostel for 1–2 weeks before shifting back.
If this is true, it would be quite difficult for those of us returning with a lot of luggage, since we'd have to move everything twice within a short period.
Has anyone received any official update or heard something different? Hopefully the work gets completed before reopening, or a more convenient arrangement is made.

Hello! So I'm getting ICE in NITT in josaa and my end goal is to up in a research position that's gonna be focused on semiconductors or related fields and I wanna know if there's people who've made it like this or if it's a realistic pathway via this degree. I also wanna know if it's worth to take a drop and take a chance at IITs/NITs again for EE/ECE. There's also a high chance I can get NITK EEE in CSAB if that seat is available so I'm just on the look out for advice.
They even go to nitk and nitw, why specifically not nitt?? We're hfts hiring from our college in the past and then stopped, or they never came to Pride of India

Which is the better option. Ik it's kinda obvious that nitt is for placements and iist is fior isro/space.
But the problem is I am getting iist through jee adv marks but if I do take nitt I have to take it through ciwg marks. So yeah will there be any discrimination or things that will make me feel bad (besides i will also kinda feel undeserving of the seat).

as you might know we'd be moving from garnet to aqua this sem, we'd be needing air coolers... SENIORS how did y'all manage the logistics to carry the air coolers all the way to your room, also its worse coz my room is in the third floor 😭 (is it really that bad as they say?)
also what's the best type of air cooler to buy, coz when I visited aqua I saw air coolers of all sizes, ranging from a small table top ones to bigass man sized ones...
