YouTube live streams not working with 2022 UI?

As you can see here, on LOFI GIRL, a channel which is ALWAYS streaming, there’s no Live tab. On the actual stream, it won’t let me rewind or fast forward the stream, and it has a black border around part of the screen and the video only appears in the corner. It also for some reason has a “notify me” button for when the stream starts, even though it started a while ago. Also, when you like any video, the number doesn’t update until you defeat the page. What do I do?

YouTube isn’t working

Apparently you can stream this on YouTube? So, you think. You can’t. Idk what’s going on but my ♡ ♡ ♡ is broken. If you are in charge of streaming rights to passenger please message me. I’m devastated. They call me googoo Gaga on wednesdays.

How do I fix this??

Hi I'm very new to these chrome extensions (I've literally only started trying them yesterday) and I need a little help.

I've only tried two extensions so far and the redux one seems to work *slightly best*, but really, all it does is changes the logo to the old one and unrounds the thumbnails and a couple other stuff. So it does kinda lack.

the other one I tried was customtube and I like this one better only because it changes the design a little bit more BUT it still isn't the best because I can't seem to unround the thumbnails (see screenshot 1) and just in general the layout looks "glitched"?? idk if that's the right word (see screenshot 2).

If you guys have any suggestions on how to make this better, or if there's a better extension pleeeaaaaseeeee lmk. I don't wanna have to use the new design I HATE IT!!!!

Is there any way to replicate this old YouTube app look on Android 16?

I used to use BitView, but it's under maintenance and still not working. I think they've killed it off. Any ideas?

Some updates on my Data API V2 recreation

Implemented video playback, related tab, channel page and its tabs. The only things left to implement/fix are: comments tab (right now it says that there's no comments), browse tab, accurate video statistics, descriptions, categories and tags.

I may do login, but I will release the first version (both public instance and source code for self-hosting) without it.

Overall, the release will be soon!

My Youtube Extension

I’ve been working on a YouTube extension for months now. It all started with a few things I didn’t like about YouTube and wanted to change. However, as I continued developing it, my extension grew bigger and bigger, covering more aspects of YouTube and adding features that didn’t exist before.

Now, my extension has over 100 features, including UI tweaks, additional functionalities, enhancements to the video player, new UI designs, themes, and much more. The journey of creating this extension has been quite a ride. I can't even recall how many bugs I’ve found and patched along the way.

I believe it’s almost time to release this extension, but before I do, I’d like some advice from people who have experience in this field. I’m seeking quality insights to ensure I take the right steps moving forward. I know there may still be bugs that I’m unaware of, but I will do my best to address them and make my extension even better.
