I have a question about fees

I just joined Padsplit and I am concerned that I can't go visit the property first, but I want to gamble since I hate my current place. I found a place for $115 a week it seems, and I understand the $103 move-in fee. My question is, are there any other hidden fees I'm not seeing? I will be requesting a July 10th move-in date, so if I paid this fee now and I move in on the 10th, the next payment due would be the 17th right? Sorry I'm just very weary after discovering how many scammers there are on other platforms.

Anybody else experiencing the same issue.

I’m unable to log into the Padsplit App.

What I Have Seen and Experienced in PadSplit Since Living in Mine.

What I have experienced and seen in PadSplit is domestic violence, food theft (me and two other roommates' food was stolen), and nasty, rude people. I have been personally harassed and threatened about my snoring and white noise machine, but the guy who threatened me snores like a grizzly bear and is loud all night. The rudeness is unreal—one lady purposely locked a pregnant woman out of the house, and then got mad at me because I exposed it. There are many loud people on the lease constantly inviting folks over; one let her sister and niece stay with her, and another couple was kicked out, but the woman of the couple found her way back into the room even after the lock was changed! To top it all off, there is a guy harassing women in the PadSplit, constant marijuana use, people popping pills, and people not locking the doors at all! Host is unresponsive!

No access to laundry room?

Is there anything that can be done or is a room transfer the only option?

I’ve been bugging the hosts about this for two weeks. The laundry room is in someone else’s room. She doesn’t want strangers in and out of her room. Completely understandable.

I don’t have a car and it’s uncomfortable walking to the laundromat 20 minutes one way in the heat. Somehow the host had no idea the laundry room was in a residents room. Despite me bugging them over and over again, I keep getting the run around and keep getting told they’ll let me know when there’s an update.

It’s not that hard of a problem to come up with a solution. Either move the washer and dryer upstairs somehow, or move the person out of that room or block off the entire room. It doesn’t take over a month to receive an “update” and it’s pissing me off I have to either walk in the heat or wash my clothes in a bathtub.
