sheglam makeup boycott

i joined this sub a while ago because i am a makeup lover aswell but ever since ive joined it ive seen endless posts discussing sheglam makeup and it just got me wondering why its so popular when im sure there are much better alternatives to it.

since most of us (hopefully) know about how unethical shein is why do we continue to buy from shein (or in this case, sheglam, as it operates under shein)? this is just a harmless question, i hope no one comes for me lol.

What hair dye should I use to color my hair a cherry red

Hi! I have the normal dark brown almost black hair and I really really want to dye it this cherry red that looks stunning on dark hair and brown skin.

The thing is, my hair my best feature and I really really don't want to ruin it. I want to test it out by myself and then (if something goes wrong) go to a salon, but preferably I want to do it myself. So I would love some recommendations on the best hair dye that doesn't ruin your hair

GLAMGIRL REVIEW?

Please need honest reviews regarding GlamGirl makeup. Which products are actually worth buying and which ones should be avoided? I’m thinking of trying their makeup but I don’t want to waste money on low-quality products. Please suggest the best items and the ones that are not good in terms of quality, pigmentation, and staying power

Maybelline lifter Glaze review

Got my hands on the trendy lifter glaze in the shade berry haze which is out of stock almost everywhere.

but after application, i don't like the shade on my brown skintone :(

the rest shades seemed like the ones made for fair skintones only berry haze seemed a bit "for us" but even that doesn't look nice :(

dk what to do with this 2500/- ki lipbalm :( as it is used once.

Bleach turned my hair grey

Hey so i saw a post a while ago discussing bleaching hair etc. I just wanna know if bleaching actually cause hair grey?

Because i got my balayage done from a salon in Karachi, within a year i saw grey hair strands coming out especially from the front part. Since then I hate it so much that after 22 years of virgin hair, the first time i got them done, now ive to deal w grey hair for the rest of my life. Whereas i see people doing it very often and not talking about this issue.

I wanna know if bleaching overall causes it to avoid it for the rest of my life, or was it because the salon used such products which caused it?

Edit: ive recalled they didn’t use bleach on my hair but rather dyed them whole as a base color first and then applied the other color for the balayage technique. Which means, I didn’t even bleach my hair, yet they turned grey 🥀

Bleached hair?

This sub felt the safest option to ask my question here but does anyone have any experience with bleaching hair? I wanted streaks with blue color but I'm scared I'll fry off my hair if I don't do it correctly. I wanted to do it by myself because the saloons ask for almost 20k and I don't have the budget rn
