hello, may nakaexperience na po ba na hindi pa nababalik ‘yung refund? ang problem ko po kasi ay hindi pa nababalik ‘yung refund then mag due date na and may kasabayan po na ibang bills ‘yung due date ko sa Oct. 10. huhu. help me please 😭😭😭 iniisip ko kasi if magbabayad na ba ako or hindi pa. I bought a second hand iPhone 12 worth 20,000 pesos. I only had 7,000 cash so I have to pay it in installment.

The shop I was in only has 2 installment options or whatever ang tawag sa kanila, Skyro and Salmon. I chose Skyro kasi daw mas magando yun kaysa sa Salmon.

After ko mag apply then a approved sabi sakin ng agent ang monthly payment ko raw is 1,767 for 12 months. Hindi ko na na calculate how much that is within 12 months kasi sira phone ko ( kaya nga bibili ako ng phone ehh).

I agreed since kaya ko naman bayaran using my allowance (I’m a college undergrad).

I got the phone and went home, then una kong ginawa is sum up yung 1,767 ko monthly for 12 months and that’s when my jaw dropped to the ground 🤯😱.

1,767 x 12 =21,204
Ang laki ng interest nila like F! So in total I would end up paying 28,204 pesos for a secondhand iphone 12.

Like subrang laki ng interest nila and other fees.
Never again Skyro broke my heart talaga👎.

My fault din ako kasi I was too desperate to have the phone na hindi kona namalayan yung total. Peru grabi naman maka patin ang Skyro nakaka lula 😩.

Galing ako powermac kanina to avail the pre-order for the iPhone 18 pro, I signed the contract and all, nasa app ko na rin yung monthly installments ko, but then nung nakauwi nako tinawagan nila ako na bumalik daw ako since may error daw. Ang sabi namali raw sila ng input sa app nila, so need daw icancel. Then ang sabi ko pano yung unit dahil baka maubusan ako, then sabi irereserve naman. Ang problema kung aabot ba sa time frame ng pre-order, Oct 2 - Oct 15. Kasi raw need ko pa raw magwait ng 3 days bago mafully cancelled ung loan ko na naapprove, tapos additional 3-5 para bumalik yung offer. Pero hindi sila sure kung babalik. Fault nila yun at naabala pako.

So ang question ko, babalik kaya talaga yung offer? may naka experience na ba neto sainyo? gano katagal bago bumalik?
