Hi po, I have question about esalad renewal kay SB. Malapit napo kase maturity date nung aken. This June 5 ang last payment and balak kopo mag renew. May naka experience napo ba dito na nagreloan ng higher amount e.g from previous loan 50k then nag reloan ng 150k then nag go through?

Planning to get higher amount of reloan para po sana sa business at konting renov ng bahay. I hope may makasagot. Thank you!

na deduct na just now yung payment sa esalad ko (even thought 15th pa and aware naman ako na 2 days before pay date i d dedeuct na).

pero walang nag r reflect na transaction on my history? is this normal?

Hi, I was hoping to get some clarification and hear about other people’s experiences dealing with third-party collectors for SB credit card debt.

I currently have an unpaid SB credit card balance amounting to around ₱192K. Thankfully, my salary hasn’t been put on hold even though my payroll account is with the same bank.

A third-party collection agency called Jabez Management Solutions Inc. offered me a one-time lump sum settlement amount of ₱76,805. They also mentioned that a Certificate of Full Payment will be issued within 30 to 60 days after payment as part of their usual process.

I’m planning to accept the offer, but I just wanted to ask around first if anyone here has dealt with this collection agency before. Did you really receive the certificate after payment? If yes, how long did it take from the date you paid the lump sum amount?

I’ll also be verifying with SB directly if Jabez Management Solutions Inc. is still officially affiliated with them before making any payment.

My situation is this:

My payroll was connected to eSALAD, yesterday was my salary (Thursday) pero ang loan maturity talaga is May 8 which Friday today (note the account was not deducted yet) then I tried re-availing na yesterday even if alam ko na 3 business days pa and yes its my 4th time to re-avail

then when I sent the text yung reply is "Sorry, You are no longer eligible to avail this program call SB Finance to inquire Employee Salary Advance" so na shock ako kasi if incase na hindi pa settled yung last payment which is Friday pa nga dapat ang text messages is I have an existing loan pa or idk pero iba yung reply sa akin

so I was wondering if na experience niyo rin to nag email na naman ako today sa SB Finance waiting nalang din sa response nila
