Help! This is diving me nuts, and I haven’t found any good answers online. I want to be able to change the size of a brush without changing the size of the texture.
I'm making a kutte for my fivem MC and learning along the way. No matter how hard I try, I can't get the L and the E to be square to the ends of the rocker. I'm trying to get the text shaped correctly before exporting it and throwing it in my embroidery software. Any tips? Thanks in advance!
When I first started working on this image, I had no idea what I was going to put together. I opened Unsplash and started browsing randomly until I came across a photo of a road. I added it to the composition, tried to silence all my doubts, and just let my instincts take over.
Then I came across a sofa and placed it in the middle of the road. After that, I added a dramatic sky, a girl, and a man facing away from the viewer, with only his back visible.
At that point, the idea suddenly became crystal clear to me: the struggles and hardships we face throughout our lives, from the moment we're born until the very end.
I represented obstacles with a man dressed in black, with his head on fire, and innocence with children's toys and an old TV playing cartoons.
I adjusted the lighting, shadows, and perspective to make sure the girl was the first thing that caught the viewer's eye.
I genuinely enjoyed this whole experience.
Why should anyone use the new "AI Assisted Editor"? The idea from Adobe's ads: quickly brush over something to change a jacket color or swap hair color in seconds. But has anyone actually made this work? For me, it fails completely.
Instead of changing the hair color, the AI completely changes the hair texture and hairstyle. In my case, it even generated a totally different person with different eyes and a different nose! I asked for dark ash blonde, and it gave me a stranger with random curls.
Using the brush tool makes it even worse. If you Google it, everyone says the AI keeps your original hair texture and contours. That is just a lie. It just pastes a random AI wig over your photo.
It feels like going 3 years back in time. Why advertise a quick color swap if it just creates a whole new human being?
Has anyone actually gotten this to work? This would be only reason for me to use it: quickly change the colour.
I travel full time now and can't bring along my studio lights, so having this new tool is really fun and satisfying. Both of these before/after pics are not final edits, I just wanted to show my experience with the Relight Layer in the latest Photoshop Beta. Right now I have just experimented with a single directional light, but I am going to play with some other portraits and see how well it does simulating multiple lighting setups too.
Hello, I am a beginner Photoshop user, I mainly use it for “digital art” with no drawing just slapping images together. I am trying to develop my own style but it’s hard when I find trouble learning the app.
How did you learn Photoshop?
I find it hard because there aren’t many YouTube tutorials out there for the style I’m trying to achieve I feel and I see people doing these very cool designs and I wonder how they got there.
I have added some examples of my work to get any feedback for them, if it’s not the right place to post them my fault let me know in the comments.
Everytime I try to do anything, my photoshop will randomly go 2x darker and wont change back until another random time, this also only happens when I have it use my dedicated GPU but it is way too slow using my integrated so im trying to figure out if theres some sort of trigger im missing besides just the GPU itself.
If anyone knows of any settings I could try to turn off or on, please let me know, its driving me insane.

Hello photoshop!
Seeking advice for how to best photoshop this poster onto a shot in a short film I'm editing. We don't have a clean plate without the green screen, and I'm worried that's made this process a lot harder. This reference is the best I've gotten so far, only caveat is the poster design has some low res elements that we'll swap out. This is going to be in black in white for the final look, so I'm hoping that helps blend it all in too.
Any advice on how to clean this up and make it look more part of the world?
Just calibrated my monitor for the first time with a spyder color calibration. Lightroom looks perfect, image preview looks perfect, but photoshop shows the photo looking MUCH more orange than it should be. Anyone have any advice?
