The new Tata Tiago Facelift is here and these new colours are hard to ignore

The new Tata Tiago Facelift is here and these new colours are hard to ignore

One thing Tata absolutely nailed this time has to be the new colour options.

That bright orange shade instantly changes the whole personality of the Tiago and gives it a much more youthful and sporty vibe.

Even the green shade seen in the teasers feels fresh and different compared to the usual safe hatchback colours we see in this segment. Honestly, the facelift itself is subtle, but the new colours make the car feel completely new.

Paired with the blacked out elements and sharper front design, the Tiago suddenly has way more road presence now. Feels like Tata is trying to make the Tiago look more fun and appealing to younger buyers instead of just keeping it as a simple city hatchback.

Sony Xperia 1 VIII looks insane, but will India ever get it?

Sony Xperia 1 VIII looks insane, but will India ever get it?

Every single year Sony drops an Xperia phone that makes tech enthusiasts go “okay wait… this is actually cool”

And the Xperia 1 VIII genuinely looks amazing:

  • clean design
  • camera hardware focused on actual photography
  • no unnecessary gimmicks
  • headphone jack + SD card slot still alive somehow
  • proper creator/videography vibes

Right now the phone is confirmed/available in markets like Japan, Europe, and a few Asian regions, but there’s still no official statement from Sony regarding an India launch

Honestly feels like Sony is one of the only brands still making phones for enthusiasts instead of just chasing AI marketing everywhere.

But importing Xperia phones into India is already a headache with the crazy pricing, warranty concerns, and limited service support.

Honestly feels like Sony keeps making amazing Xperia phones but completely forgets there’s a huge audience waiting for them in India.

Would you actually consider buying an Xperia if Sony properly came back to the Indian market?

90s kids were never meant to have adult money

I saw a Bulbasaur garlic holder online today and for a solid 5 minutes my brain COMPLETELY STOPPED functioning!!
Not because I needed a garlic holder.
Not because it was practical.
But because 9-year-old me would’ve LOST HER MIND seeing that thing in the kitchen.

And I think that’s what “adult money” actually is for most of us 90s kids.
We grew up hearing:
“Put it back.”
“We already have this at home.”
“That’s unnecessary.”

So now we buy:
weirdly aesthetic kitchen gadgets
mechanical keyboards that sound like typewriters
random collectibles
Lego set vases
tiny versions of real things

and random nonsense that heals something inside us

The funniest part is… these purchases genuinely make me happier than most “serious adult” purchases.

Please tell me I’m not the only person buying completely unnecessary things just because younger me would’ve thought they were the coolest thing ever.

I can’t stop watching the viral BYD Leopard 8 videos. Its offroad capabilities are insane

Viral videos of the BYD Leopard 8 are genuinely insane. A few years ago, BYD was mainly seen as serious competition for Tesla in the EV space.

Now they’re building luxury SUVs that are getting compared to brands like Land Rover Defender and Mercedes Benz G Class.

The way this SUV tilts, drives on 3 wheels, and still stays stable off-road is honestly something I never expected from BYD. And honestly, after watching these off road clips, it really feels like BYD is slowly becoming a serious global competitor now.

Would you actually buy one if BYD launches Leopard 8 in India?

Honestly, Hero’s comeback feels kinda unexpected

A few years back nobody was seriously considering Hero when talking about performance bikes.

Hero basically meant:
Splendor
HF Deluxe
Passion
Just simple commuter bikes.

But now suddenly they’ve got bikes like the Xpulse, Karizma XMR and now the Xtreme 250R and people are actually interested.

The Xtreme 250R especially surprised me. The bike genuinely looks good, specs are solid and somehow Hero managed to make a 250cc bike that can still give around 40 km/l if ridden properly.

That honestly sounds insane considering most people expect performance bikes to drink fuel.

I think the biggest problem Hero still has is its image.

People seem to like the bikes, but when it’s time to spend 2L+ most automatically start looking at KTM, Yamaha, TVS or RE because Hero still feels like the “Splendor company” in people’s heads.

But if they keep making bikes like this consistently, I genuinely think that image will slowly change.Never thought I’d say this but Hero bikes are actually starting to feel cool again.

Is the Vinfast VF3 really worth waiting for or should you just go ahead with the Comet EV / Tiago EV?

Lately the VF3 has been getting a lot of attention online for some reason. It just looks so different compared to most small EVs. Tiny, boxy, simple but somehow it has more character than a lot of cars on the road right now.

And from what people are posting online, the car is already super popular in Vietnam. People are modifying it, putting chunky tyres on it, crazy wraps, mini off-road builds etc. It honestly feels less like a normal budget EV and more like a fun little city car.

The only thing is the wait.

Most reports are saying the India launch could happen only around late 2026, maybe October 2026. That’s still pretty far away.

Meanwhile the MG Comet already exists and honestly makes so much sense for city traffic and parking. And then there’s the Tiago EV which feels like the safe option overall. Proper car, better practicality, Tata service network etc.

So what would you do?

Wait for something that actually feels exciting or just buy something practical right now?

Seeing the leaked Honda City facelift specs and images everywhere now and honestly, I’m a bit disappointed.

The 2008 to 2011 Honda City especially had such a sporty look for its time. Low stance, sharp design, proper road presence it actually felt exciting to look at.

This new one just feels too generic somehow. Especially the front grille ,it keeps reminding me of the Tiago EV.

Not saying it looks bad, but it doesn’t have that classic sporty Honda City feel anymore. Feels like Honda is slowly moving away from the identity that made the City so iconic in the first place.

Am I the only one feeling this?

If you know what this is, your childhood was probably amazing

It was inside an old cardboard box covered in dust. For a second I just stared at it and smiled.

This little console gave us some of the best days of our childhood. No internet, no online friends ,no expensive setup .Just one TV, two controllers, cousins and friends sitting on the floor, and fights over who gets Player 1.

That plastic gun made us feel like action heroes even though half the shots never worked properly.

We used to wait the whole week for weekends just to play for a few hours. And somehow those few hours felt bigger than entire days now.

Looking at this today made me realize  we didn’t know we were making memories back then.

We were just kids having fun.

What’s one thing from your childhood that instantly takes you back?

I’ve been seeing the Samsung Z TriFold 2 patent everywhere lately and honestly this might be the first foldable concept from Samsung that actually feels practical.

What caught my attention is that Samsung is apparently trying to make the phone:

  • thinner
  • more pocket friendly
  • have a much bigger display
  • and still support the S Pen

The patent shows that the S Pen could actually fit inside the hinge area, instead of carrying it separately like current Fold phones. That honestly makes way more sense.

If Samsung pulls this off properly, this could feel like:
“A tablet when opened, but still a normal phone in your pocket.”

I also like that Samsung is using an inward folding design because the main screen stays protected when folded.

Right now most foldables still feel a bit bulky or incomplete, but this patent feels like Samsung is finally trying to fix the main problems:

  • thickness
  • portability
  • durability
  • S Pen usability

Still just a patent for now, but this is one of the more realistic and exciting Samsung foldable concepts I’ve seen recently.
