The new Tata Tiago Facelift is here and these new colours are hard to ignore

The new Tata Tiago Facelift is here and these new colours are hard to ignore

One thing Tata absolutely nailed this time has to be the new colour options.

That bright orange shade instantly changes the whole personality of the Tiago and gives it a much more youthful and sporty vibe.

Even the green shade seen in the teasers feels fresh and different compared to the usual safe hatchback colours we see in this segment. Honestly, the facelift itself is subtle, but the new colours make the car feel completely new.

Paired with the blacked out elements and sharper front design, the Tiago suddenly has way more road presence now. Feels like Tata is trying to make the Tiago look more fun and appealing to younger buyers instead of just keeping it as a simple city hatchback.

Sony Xperia 1 VIII looks insane, but will India ever get it?

Sony Xperia 1 VIII looks insane, but will India ever get it?

Every single year Sony drops an Xperia phone that makes tech enthusiasts go “okay wait… this is actually cool”

And the Xperia 1 VIII genuinely looks amazing:

  • clean design
  • camera hardware focused on actual photography
  • no unnecessary gimmicks
  • headphone jack + SD card slot still alive somehow
  • proper creator/videography vibes

Right now the phone is confirmed/available in markets like Japan, Europe, and a few Asian regions, but there’s still no official statement from Sony regarding an India launch

Honestly feels like Sony is one of the only brands still making phones for enthusiasts instead of just chasing AI marketing everywhere.

But importing Xperia phones into India is already a headache with the crazy pricing, warranty concerns, and limited service support.

Honestly feels like Sony keeps making amazing Xperia phones but completely forgets there’s a huge audience waiting for them in India.

Would you actually consider buying an Xperia if Sony properly came back to the Indian market?

I can’t stop watching the viral BYD Leopard 8 videos. Its offroad capabilities are insane

Viral videos of the BYD Leopard 8 are genuinely insane. A few years ago, BYD was mainly seen as serious competition for Tesla in the EV space.

Now they’re building luxury SUVs that are getting compared to brands like Land Rover Defender and Mercedes Benz G Class.

The way this SUV tilts, drives on 3 wheels, and still stays stable off-road is honestly something I never expected from BYD. And honestly, after watching these off road clips, it really feels like BYD is slowly becoming a serious global competitor now.

Would you actually buy one if BYD launches Leopard 8 in India?

Finally crossed ₹15k/month without leaving my 9-5

Not here to flex, just sharing what worked after a lot of trial and error.
I tried the usual stuff. Upwork (too competitive), dropshipping (inventory nightmare), Instagram theme pages (gave up after 2 weeks).

What actually stuck:
Answering questions in niche subs: I help people in digital marketing communities. Takes 20 mins a day. Got 3 consulting gigs from DMs in 4 months.
Platforms that pay you to post. Found one called Spredditor where brands pay you to share content on Reddit. ₹4-6k/month for doing what I already do.

Notion templates. Made a content calendar template. Sold 40 copies at ₹200 each. One-time effort, keeps selling.

The shift? Stopped chasing "quick money" and focused on consistency. If you're juggling a job + side hustle in India, what's working for you?

I’ve been seeing the Samsung Z TriFold 2 patent everywhere lately and honestly this might be the first foldable concept from Samsung that actually feels practical.

What caught my attention is that Samsung is apparently trying to make the phone:

  • thinner
  • more pocket friendly
  • have a much bigger display
  • and still support the S Pen

The patent shows that the S Pen could actually fit inside the hinge area, instead of carrying it separately like current Fold phones. That honestly makes way more sense.

If Samsung pulls this off properly, this could feel like:
“A tablet when opened, but still a normal phone in your pocket.”

I also like that Samsung is using an inward folding design because the main screen stays protected when folded.

Right now most foldables still feel a bit bulky or incomplete, but this patent feels like Samsung is finally trying to fix the main problems:

  • thickness
  • portability
  • durability
  • S Pen usability

Still just a patent for now, but this is one of the more realistic and exciting Samsung foldable concepts I’ve seen recently.

Seeing the leaked Honda City facelift specs and images everywhere now and honestly, I’m a bit disappointed.

The 2008 to 2011 Honda City especially had such a sporty look for its time. Low stance, sharp design, proper road presence it actually felt exciting to look at.

This new one just feels too generic somehow. Especially the front grille ,it keeps reminding me of the Tiago EV.

Not saying it looks bad, but it doesn’t have that classic sporty Honda City feel anymore. Feels like Honda is slowly moving away from the identity that made the City so iconic in the first place.

Am I the only one feeling this?

5 ways I actually make money on Reddit

Reddit isn't just for memes. Here's what actually works:

1. Answer questions in your niche : Help people in relevant subs. Clients DM asking to hire you.
2. Spredditor : Connect your account and get paid by brands to post content. Consistent income once you're active.
3. Sell digital products : Share value, mention your guide/template when relevant.
4. Affiliate links :  Works in some subs if you're genuinely recommending what you use.
5. Build your newsletter : Share insights on Reddit, monetize the email list outside.

Don't treat Reddit like a billboard. Value first, income follows.

Honestly, Hero’s comeback feels kinda unexpected

A few years back nobody was seriously considering Hero when talking about performance bikes.

Hero basically meant:
Splendor
HF Deluxe
Passion
Just simple commuter bikes.

But now suddenly they’ve got bikes like the Xpulse, Karizma XMR and now the Xtreme 250R and people are actually interested.

The Xtreme 250R especially surprised me. The bike genuinely looks good, specs are solid and somehow Hero managed to make a 250cc bike that can still give around 40 km/l if ridden properly.

That honestly sounds insane considering most people expect performance bikes to drink fuel.

I think the biggest problem Hero still has is its image.

People seem to like the bikes, but when it’s time to spend 2L+ most automatically start looking at KTM, Yamaha, TVS or RE because Hero still feels like the “Splendor company” in people’s heads.

But if they keep making bikes like this consistently, I genuinely think that image will slowly change.Never thought I’d say this but Hero bikes are actually starting to feel cool again.

Is the Vinfast VF3 really worth waiting for or should you just go ahead with the Comet EV / Tiago EV?

Lately the VF3 has been getting a lot of attention online for some reason. It just looks so different compared to most small EVs. Tiny, boxy, simple but somehow it has more character than a lot of cars on the road right now.

And from what people are posting online, the car is already super popular in Vietnam. People are modifying it, putting chunky tyres on it, crazy wraps, mini off-road builds etc. It honestly feels less like a normal budget EV and more like a fun little city car.

The only thing is the wait.

Most reports are saying the India launch could happen only around late 2026, maybe October 2026. That’s still pretty far away.

Meanwhile the MG Comet already exists and honestly makes so much sense for city traffic and parking. And then there’s the Tiago EV which feels like the safe option overall. Proper car, better practicality, Tata service network etc.

So what would you do?

Wait for something that actually feels exciting or just buy something practical right now?

If you know what this is, your childhood was probably amazing

It was inside an old cardboard box covered in dust. For a second I just stared at it and smiled.

This little console gave us some of the best days of our childhood. No internet, no online friends ,no expensive setup .Just one TV, two controllers, cousins and friends sitting on the floor, and fights over who gets Player 1.

That plastic gun made us feel like action heroes even though half the shots never worked properly.

We used to wait the whole week for weekends just to play for a few hours. And somehow those few hours felt bigger than entire days now.

Looking at this today made me realize  we didn’t know we were making memories back then.

We were just kids having fun.

What’s one thing from your childhood that instantly takes you back?

Anyone else wondering if the Pixel 11 Pro is actually worth waiting for?

From the leaks so far, Google is expected to launch it around August 2026, but honestly it looks more like a refined Pixel 9 Pro than a huge upgrade.

Expected upgrades:

Tensor G6 chip

Better battery + thermals

Minor camera improvements

More AI features

If you own a Pixel 8 or 8 Pro, the wait might be worth it.
But if you already have a Pixel 9 Pro, this honestly feels like a skip unless Google surprises everyone at launch.

Google right now seems more focused on improving and fine tuning the phone instead of bringing big new changes every year.

Would you wait for the Pixel 11 Pro or grab a discounted Pixel 9 Pro instead?

Got my brother a MacBook Neo for college. He hasn't complained once. That's how I know it was the right one.

My brother needed a laptop before his first year. He had no opinion, I had too many, and somehow I ended up doing two weeks of research on his behalf. Eventually I went with the MacBook Neo. Handed it over, showed him the basics, and that's it. A few months later, not a single complaint. For a younger sibling, that's basically a five star review.

Here's what actually stood out:

Battery is genuinely not a problem. Full days of lectures, assignments, random browsing — no charger hunting. On a campus where free outlets are basically a myth, that alone was worth it.

It's silent. No fan, ever. He sits in the library and just works without being that guy with the humming laptop.

It runs without drama. Notes, presentations, some coding for his course its smooth every time. No lag, no why is this slow right now.

Since he already had an iPhone, everything connects naturally to AirDrop, Handoff, using his phone as a hotspot when college Wi-Fi gives up. Saves him time he doesn't even notice.

The honest bit ,only two USB C ports, so a dongle is probably coming. Not for gaming or heavy creative work. And yes, it's expensive upfront.

But for a regular college student doing regular college things? It shouldn't be a problem . Every day, quietly, without any fuss.

The best feedback I got was hearing nothing at all. He just uses it. That's exactly what I wanted.

Been seeing this bike everywhere lately and it got me curious.

On paper, it sounds pretty solid:
300cc, decent power, lot of features like ride modes, cruise, TFT and pricing is also kinda aggressive at 2 L

So it feels like TVS is trying to make a proper all-rounder.

But then I look at the other options:

KTM 250 Adventure is more expensive at 2.4L, but people say it’s way better in terms of ride feel and performance.

Suzuki V Strom SX is around the same price as RTX, but it’s simpler  with  less features, less power, but known for being super smooth and reliable for touring.

So now I’m confused

Is the RTX actually a good real-world bike?
Or is it just one of those that looks great on paper because of features?

If you had to pick between RTX, KTM 250 Adv, and  V Strom what would you go for?

Would love to hear what you guys think.

So I randomly bought this motion sensor bulb holder on Amazon (costed me under $5), and honestly didn’t expect much, but it’s actually super useful.

Basically, it only turns ON the bulb when:

  • there’s movement
  • AND it’s dark

So during daytime, even if someone walks by, it won’t switch on (which I like because there is no unnecessary usage). But at night, the moment you enter the room, light turns on automatically.

I installed it in our hallway and washroom area, and it’s been life changing. No more forgetting to switch off lights or walking in darkness half-asleep.

Some things I noticed:

You can adjust how long it stays on (mine is set to 30 seconds)
Installation is literally plug and play (no electrician needed)
Works with a normal bulb, so no need to buy expensive “smart bulbs”
It switches OFF automatically once there’s no movement, so electricity waste is almost zero.

Not gonna lie, feels like one of those small upgrades that make your house feel slightly futuristic without spending a lot.

Anyone else using something like this? Thinking of adding one near the stairs next.

The old Renault Duster was literally a huge hit back in the day. It pretty much defined the whole “rugged compact SUV” segment in India .Now with the 2026 Duster coming back, it actually feels like there’s some real hype again in this space.

At the same time, you’ve got the Tata Sierra making a comeback too, but that seems more focused on comfort, features, and that premium family SUV vibe.

What I’m wondering is

If the new Duster actually delivers (performance + rugged feel), could it shake up the segment again? Or has the market moved on to more “feature loaded, comfy SUVs” like Sierra?

It feels like Duster could bring back the “driver-focused SUV” hype. Sierra  fits what most buyers want today

Curious what you guys think?
Is the Duster comeback big enough to disrupt the segment again or is it just nostalgia doing the talking?

I'm finally buying an AC for my room (120–150 sq ft), and I've narrowed it down to these two, but I just keep going in circles. Some people swear by Voltas, while others say Carrier is underrated. I can't figure out which one to choose.

Also, genuine question: are inverter ACs actually reliable in the long run, or do they start having issues after 2 to 3 years? That’s my biggest concern.

I just want something that won’t die on me after one summer. Anyone here using either of these? and Which one would you pick?
