I realize this is rather specific, but does anyone recall a poster from their November 2009 run at the Wang in Boston? Or a general tour poster from that portion of the Doolittle anniversary tour? Thanks!
The Pixies have released a number of gems in their time including, Doolittle, Surfer Rosa, Bossanova, Come On Pilgrim, and my favorite, Trompe le Monde. Their first five albums had a number of singles that played on endless rotation on many major alternative radio stations.
If it were between Doolittle and Trompe le Monde, which one are you choosing?
I like this record! Obviously the first four are canon (and are all just wonderful) but my god, long-time fans and casual listeners shit on this one constantly. It has some weaker points, sure, but its the strong points in What Goes Boom, Bagboy, Magdelena, etc are solid songs.
I wish they played more than just Snakes live now :(
Was luck enough to arrange a trip to see Pixies at RAH. Flew from Chicago to London for this. What a show! My other half is a peripheral fan but was converted to full fandom after this show.

This morning I was trying to listen to Where is My Mind, so I told the Echo to play it. It started to play and wouldn’t move past the first word. This happened 3 times before I realized what was going on. When Black Francis says “STOP,” Alexa Plus thought it was me with a multi-step request and stopped playing the song.
