balfour aralia disease ?? help

second photo - underside

does anyone know what might be causing these spots on this balfour aralia?

i found this plant outdoors where it gets natural light and is mainly exposed to rain. i don’t have any information about the soil or its watering and maintenance routine. the leaves have several small brown spots with darker edges and some areas have become larger and damaged parts of the leaves.

i’m trying to identify what disease this could be and if possible, what pathogen might be responsible. any help would be appreciated!

New growth on my tree. What is this?

I have a first year bare root quince tree and these started to appear. Is this some kind of tree disease?

Yellowing and curling on hops trees

Hello! I’ve noticed some yellow dots, leaf curling, bleaching, and stunted growth on our hops over the past few weeks. I was suspicious of leafhoppers but only found one adult. Thoughts?
