The color of this syngonyum just goes so well with the color of its… “pot”

It's a self watering african violet planter I got recently that I'm using to prop a begonia hybrid.

Finally, and to my delight, she flowered! This finally made way for a positive ID. Melaphora Crocea 🏵

So unfortunately my dad knocked over my plant and it broke at the base of the pot. If you look on the close up pic you can see the drainage hole. So unfortunately it broke right where that drainage is. (Also a $60+ pot 😭) When I water it water eventually just flows out of that drainage because the lip isn't there anymore. My monstera seems to be doing ok, I'm just wondering if this means the pot is not really retaining water in the soil as it should when I water it? What do y'all think, should I repot?
