There's finally an add-on for dynamic UI color based on the banner/cover art and it's very cool!

A few weeks ago I posted a feature request for dynamic UI color, u/Evitonative saw the post and made Dynamic Theme Color add-on(here's the GitHub page link and it's fully compatible with default and Harmony theme). It has various styling options, and after the 1.0 release, they even added separate saturation and lightness slider based on my feedback.
