Has anyone ever done pole in the park at central park? I've seen people do it at prospect park, and I think it would be fun to do in central park at sheep's meadow. I don't think my stage pole would damage the grass. It doesn't seem to be against the rules based on what I see online, but any insight would be appreciated.
I was not on social media for a few weeks, so I just saw their post on IG that they raised their prices. Did they send out an email about it? I checked everywhere and didn’t see anything.
Edit - I’m in full support of businesses increasing their rates if that means they can compensate their staff more fairly, which seems to be the case! The increase isn’t egregious. At first glance, it looks like a similar rate to Luxuriate Lab, another great pole studio in Queens.
I acknowledge I could have missed it if they notified students in another way. Also haven’t been able to make it to pole classes lately. So I assume students who have gone recently were in the loop. But if social media was the only way it was announced, I do wish people were also emailed or sent a text.
