Hi guys, I was looking to see if btech in ece is worth it in PU. Like how are the placements and internships? Is the faculty and facilities good? My marks are 350 in cuet ug and my jee and wbjee marks are not good enough for gov unis. Through wbjee I can get a good private university however fees might be a bit much. So I was looking to see if central unis through cuet might be worth it? PU caught my attention the most apart from CUK and CUH. So anyone who does btech here can pls tell me if it's good enough?

Does anyone know if MBA Logistics & Supply Chain Management has vacant seats for the July 14 spot admission round at Pondicherry University? As I couldn't find the name of the course in the list of courses that are ready for spot admission.

Also wanted to ask is this course actually worth it, especially when it comes to placements? Would love to hear from anyone who's studied there or knows how placements have been for this specialization.

On 7th July they have announced spot admission guys.

I don't have my original certificate with me right,will it be possible that I can go for admission without any original certificate and can they give me time if I get selected, to submit my original.

I can't get back the original right now cause it will cancel my admission in that college.

And will I get hostel admission ?

So my friend got into the uni and his last date to pay admission fees is 2nd july, but he is also waiting for hcu but its result will be out on 3rd. So I wanted to know about the admission withdrawal process and how is the refund process. Any current student, who knows about it surely, Please let me know.

I'll be joining Pondicherry University as a hosteller soon, and I have a few doubts about buying hostel essentials. Since I'm coming from outside, I don't want to carry bulky items like a bed, mattress, pillow, bedsheets, bucket, mug, and other basic necessities if I can buy them after reaching.

1.Is there a shop inside the campus where I can buy these essentials?

2.Or is it better to buy them from shops outside the campus?

3. Which option is cheaper and more convenient?

4. Are there any nearby supermarkets or stores that students usually prefer?

Spot round dates are out for PU and i was waiting for the third merit list to come.the website had provisional merit list 3 yet to be published option.is it true that they wont publish a third list?

If any girls staying in the Pondicherry University hostel happen to see this, please share some details.

I have been a day scholar throughout my life, and this is going to be my first time staying in a hostel, so I'm a bit clueless about what to expect. So tell me if u know abt anything

1.What are the essential things/stuff I should bring to the hostel?

2.Are there any items that are not allowed?

3.Are laptops, electric kettles, steam irons/cloth irons allowed in the hostel?

4.What are some things that you found absolutely necessary after moving in?
