I just got my Lobo today, it's just about done charging. On the quick start guide, it says to run it through three full heating cycles. Is this what I need to do every time I use it, or is this just for the first use?

I've been looking into buying the dosing capsules from somewhere other than the potv website, but I'm having a hard time. Does anyone know another name for the capsules or a website where to get them CHEAPER? Please
