Resurgir Nacional is a Uruguayan group that, in its own words is taken from its website:

> "seeks the spiritual, cultural, social, and political regeneration of Uruguay from a Third Position standpoint."

Currently, they operate as a non-partisan cultural, social, and strategic forum for reflecting on and promoting their ideas.

The group's flag—featured on its promotional page (and which appears to have been physically produced, though I have not seen it in actual use)—consists of a white background with a black saltire (X-shaped cross) outlined in white. In the center appears Uruguay's "Sun of May" emblem, rendered entirely in white.

The National Artiguist Movement is a Uruguayan group. They describe themselves as Artiguist, Third-Positionists, nationalists, Hispanists, corporatists, federalists, and Justicialists.

Regarding the aspect that interests us—the flag—they currently appear to have adopted a definitive version (a blue background with a white circle and the Federal Star), which is used in real life, as shown in the last image. However, they have also used a version featuring a black background and an earlier logo, a design referenced in other publications.

They have even used the Artigas flag (an existing flag and one of Uruguay's national symbols).
