What is the truth behind keeping onion to keep you cool in this heat????
I just saw this on the news that during a heatwave, people in India kept onion in their pockets to keep themselves cool and protect from heatwave. Apparently, they also consume onion more than usual for the same reason which is understandable but just keeping it with you?? Does it really help in any way or just stupid myth followed by people?
