This is a grown man in the latter half of middle age.

Dude will forever be psychologically stuck at age 16. Sad.

EDIT: lol, some of y'all took this waaay too personally on the wardrobe front. I was referring to the pigeon-toes and the ridiculous facial expressions commonly seen on teenage girls.

Selling my “Life After Deaf” 15LP Box Set

EDIT: Updated details below based on constructive feedback in the comments. My offer still stands–if you want it for less than the $800 it’s listed at (currently the lowest priced listing on Discogs) hit me up and happy to work something out. Is rather hook up a Redditor than stranger.

——

If anyone is interested, I’m selling my Life After Deaf 15 LP box set. Most of the LPs have never been played and all are in mint condition. The box shows a little scuffing from being on my shelf for years.

I think there were only 2,000 of these made and they’re phenomenal. I could get more use out of the Telecaster I want to buy with the money than the records sitting on my shelf. 😊

I just listed it on Discogs for $800 plus shipping (Discogs recommended list price at $977) but if anyone here wants it, DM me a fair offer and happy to work with you. I will go lower than Discogs asking.

New way to sell records

Tell everyone they’re recorded with ghosts
All 3 upcoming albums?
Maybe it’s Hunter’s voice?
(in your dreams)

A ghost tour of the studio is next
The gold cross is to break hexes
that witches have cast upon him
just another day in the life of a hillbilly
that plays pinball half the day
he also picks his nose and saves it for later
without Mike’s help

Wash yer socks, Ryan
Is the keta wearing off?

Kind of surreal: DRA & John Mayer at LA Forum 2017 play 'Come Pick Me Up'

It's like something from an alternate universe where Ryan Adams got his shit together and became a respected artist playing with a proper band at big venues.

Not this timeline, obviously.

Ryan Adams new management

Ryan is now being managed by Alan McGee, legendary owner of Creation records in the UK.
He signed Oasis, The Happy Mondays, Primal Scream etc. Alan is used to dealing with “polarising” musicians, so this might be a good fit.
