My husband: “before your art rots in boxes, let’s hang it up” - so now we’re building a satanic altar. Said it so casually, like it wasn’t a whole moment for me. Landing by the stairs, about to become a full shrine. Marry someone who treats your art like relics, not clutter.

What’s an actually good criticism of Satanism?

Most shit people throw at Satanism is either some satanic panic fantasy or “the intentionally edgy thing is edgy grrr!!!” so I was wondering if people have actual, well-thought out critiques of the religion.

What your government thinks about Satanism?

Hey guys, I'm from Russia, and our government strictly prohibits the idea and movement of Satanism, referring Satanism to dangerous and extremist communities, basically putting us on the same shelf with ISIS and nazis. That means I can't show any Satanistic symbols at public (like tattoos, shirts and other shit) or openly call myself a Satanist if I don't want troubles.

And I was curious, what your country thinks about Satanism. Is it banned or legal? What people think about our philosophy in general? Would there be a problem if I will show up in public in your country wearing a some kind of shirt with Baphomet on it?

Is there any Satanic fiction?

Does anybody know if there's been any fiction published featuring a Satanic perspective? I don't mean fiction about the Devil--obviously there's scads of that--I mean fiction featuring characters who are identifiable as Satanists in their beliefs and attitudes.

Checking in

Ave fellow devils! It’s been a while! Just wanted to check in and let anyone who wants to hear that things have been going very well for me! I am now married to a wonderful woman and we just had sweet baby girl in June!

How has everyone been? I’d love to hear how things are going! Even if we’ve never talked before!

Looking to participate in a Satanic ritual, how do people safely find others?

I’ve been wanting to participate in a Satanic ritual with other people, but I honestly have no idea how people even find others who practice this IRL.

I doubt there are many people doing this openly in my city, and I also don’t really feel comfortable just randomly contacting people because… yeah, that could go horribly wrong
For those of you who have actually done group rituals, how did you find people? Did you meet them online, through a Satanic group, friends, etc.? And how did you know they were actually trustworthy?

Types of "Satanism"

Since there seems to be some growing confusion as of late, please refer to the all-inclusive (corrected) list of "types of Satanism" to reduce your chances of sounding like an idiot moving forward.

Note: This also applies to "forms," "sects," "denominations," "cults," "traditions," and "paths" of Satanism.

Looking for ritualistic or creative ways to reclaim/decommission an old Bible.

I've fully deconstructed and am looking to part ways with my old study Bible. I want to turn it into a personal ritual of closure or a piece of art that symbolizes my freedom and bodily autonomy. How have y'all handled parting ways with religious artifacts?

Is it possible to hold more than one belief system without being a hypocrite?

For context, I am a Satanist who also values my Gaelic paganism and Rastafarian heritages. I’m a Jamaican who grew up in Seventh Day Adventist household, I found all of it nonsensical throughout the years and discovered Satanism trying to figure out why it didn’t make sense to me while all the people around me where just going with it. I had to partake in church going until I became 18. I discovered my Scottish Gaelic roots through a cousin who was also a Pagan. The Rastafarian values stem from my soul searching departing the church and I researched many different religions but the cultural influence of being Jamaican resonated with certain aspects of being Rastafarian. Does this make me a hypocrite?

Custom made Baphomet pendants?

Hi there! Is anyone here selling/making or know someone who make custom Satanist jewelry? I'm especially looking for an inverted pentagram with Baphomet on it, but Im also interested in other symbols like the Leviathan cross

The tricky part is that I would like for the pendant to be a specific color (pink, preferably pastel pink) is there anyone here who make custom jewelry? Id be more than happy to get in touch :]

A POX ON THEE! The Art of Throwing Curses by Rev. Adam Cardone is out now

I'm copy-pasting the description and the purchase link below, as I've owned a Pre-release copy since April. There was a hardcover preorder, but that sold out in an hour after the pre-order went live

Humanity can be an intolerable burden and a bore. Fortunately, revenge makes for excellent theater.

A Pox On Thee! is no feel-good manual of white-light apologies and crystal-clutching. It is a syllabus of psychological warfare—an unrepentant grimoire for those who prefer their dark arts executed with grace, control, and unparalleled cruelty.

Leave the superstitious groveling to the sheep. Fake monsters will be consumed by real ones, and this book is for the wolves.

Drawing on the Satanic philosophy of Anton LaVey and the "Dr. Phibes" school of theatrical retribution, Reverend Adam Cardone—working magician and ordained Priest of the Church of Satan—delivers a masterclass in gaming the subconscious and orchestrating a devastating symphony of doom upon the brutes and fools who dare cross your path.

Inside you'll find original maledictions, infernal rituals, and the field-tested methods of a lifelong performer: everything required to turn grievance into art, reputation into a weapon, and your enemies into cautionary tales.

Don your cape, sharpen your will, and fix your war face. It's time to have some dangerously good fun.
