For some context, I will be moving to Germany soon and I am looking to integrate into the country. However, I have recently learned that names can be an indicator of social and economic class, and my enby name (like most enby names) isn’t particularly well-known and can reflect badly on me if I do choose to use it publicly, especially if I pass as German. I’d likely just use the name “Konrad” (sounds good to me) if that fits in well or just identify as male in jobs if I need to. Any thoughts or advice? Thanks!
