RN job offer but night shift
I recently moved to here and was hunting for a RN job. I have 2 years RN experience at Med/Surg as day shift in different state. I also have RN experience in other country as night. I recently got an offer at Swedish, but as night shift position. I’m so worried that night shift will cause insomnia, bad mental health and other negative effects that affected my mental and physical health when I was doing night shifts. But I’m also aware that it is very hard to find a job in Seattle. So I’m thinking I should just accept the offer. But again, I’m so concerned about my mental and physical health.
What should I do? Keep looking for a day shift position while using my savings and live off of my husband’s income, which is not a lot.
Ugh. Please advise, thanks in advance!
Does anyone work at JLL?
I have never worked in Commercial Real Estate before but I didn't realize it's such a large company. My background is in administrative support and project coordination and I have applied to a few JLL roles in Seattle and Bellevue but haven't heard back. I'd like to hear anyone's experience working there and what it's like! What's the work culture like compared to other CRE companies or other industries? And what's a good role to get my foot in the door? Any insights into their hiring process, especially since they use AI in their process? Thank you!
