Anime with good morals for young men?
Hey everyone :) I've been an anime fan since I was really young but as I've grown I've realized that if I were to have a boy I wouldn't show him a good chunk of the stuff I ended up watching. One anime I really enjoyed long-term was Clannad for how it demonstrated healthy platonic relationships with women alongside the idea of sticking with the one you've got (though it does have some sketchy scenes). I also think FMAB holds up with the idea that you shouldn't expect to powerlevel your way through every fight, and it's better to pick your battles.
Does anyone have any other suggestions that fit this bill? I'd love some healthy masculinity but so much of the landscape feels like entitlement, meaningless power fantasies, and softcore porn. What are some good anime to watch with your son?
Low tiers not populated?
Just tried getting back into Showdown and felt it'd be fun to start with some of the lower tiers (RU, NU). Queueing ended up being a complete slog and despite playing a time where I'd expect activity, I ended up matching with the same person three times in a row. Aside from UU, is there a specific low tier everyone likes to play in, or do player counts just go down the lower you go?
