I can't believe no action has been taken to stop this

This damn 6-character codename is plaguing men's luxury wear auctions. If you're a man looking for high-end clothes, I know you've seen this person. They have been systematically serial up-bidding every piece of clothing from well-known lux brands that gets listed and has been doing so for months and months with no repercussion. I've been seeing the same pieces listed 10+ times only for them to expire and get re-listed. They're effectively keeping these items from being sold, and this crazy site won't take any action whatsoever. We should absolutely be allowed to report ill-willed bidders like this, it's a shame that we can't

Seems like Goodwill wants in-store shoppers to vacate.

Was shopping today at a store. Got my items headed up front to pay. Cashier says we dont have any small bags any longer. If you want a bag you'd have to $1.99 for a reusable bag. Cute. I had an entire cart load of stuff.

Options.

A. Get strong armed by this store and buy the bag or bags.

B. Roll the cart outside and toss into the bed of my truck with tubs in the bed.

C. Use a empty box behind the cashiers.

I chose C. She almost had an issue with that.

I said that you're going to have issues with this soon. She said nothing.

If goodwill continues with this crap in my region they may lose many sales.

Thoughts on this?

How did I lose?

Trying to figure this out. I bid on an item and put in a bid for $382. I was winning as the highest bid. I had put that bid in early. To be honest I forgot I had put that bid in so I was trying to bid at the end to win. I put in a bid for $315, the item ended at $321. Shouldn't it have honored my original bid at $382? or does it automatically put in your last bid as your new highest bid?
