Not everything is rare and expensive. Sometimes....it just looks cool.

Bought all the panels and donor machine to switch a white Sebo c3.1 to a red c3.1. Most of the panels are still available from sebo directly. They only part they dont have is the rear bag door holder iin grey. I ended up finding one, but shipping took forever.

In the meantime what comes up for sale as soon as I bought all the parts? A brand new red C3.1 with an et1 powerhead. Just gave her a wipe down, some wax and polish.

Added an Oreck Dutchtech DTX 1100 to my collection. My 1400 has a lil bro now. Oooh how beautiful that green is. Why they didn't make a green 1400 is beyond me. It does suck not having suction control. But the EBK 280 is a good edition also. Could use some height adjustment and locking upright neck IMO.

Excited to find this dc39 brand new in the box. I have one already but to add it to the collection is amazing.

Vote....should i open it and use it or wait another 14 years.

Japanese Dyson Cy25. I know we aren't big on Dyson here. But come on.....its Japanese! Comparison to the V11 Outsize.

A few weeks ago I posted about a free SEBO Felix I got from a lady I had bought attachments from. A local vac shop wanted $300 to fix it, so she offered it to me.

When I got it… sheeeesh. Someone took it muddin’. 😂

I replaced the motor, PCB, filters, brushroll, and a few cosmetic parts. After a full teardown, cleaning, and fighting to get the motor sealed properly, she’s finally resurrected and pulling 60–65 inches of water lift at the hose. Should it be pulling more?

Total cost: $140.

My ETV is has gone to _____.

Finally added a Patriot to my collection. Comes with a sebo et350 powerhead head. Any tips or advice on filtration and maintenance are appreciated. I'll probably end up ordering a new cover for the powerhead.

Found this DC25 Blueprint at goodwill. I dont go there anymore since everything good goes online. But I had to donate some stuff and this was hidden under a moving blanket. Its been a while since I ran a DC25. Anyone tell me if the brushroll is a little loud on this machine? Also the motor makes a howling sound when winding down. I know usually that points to a seal for a filter or hole in a hose.

All in all she's in excellent condition.

I never go to goodwill anymore to look for vacs. If you know you know. But I went today because I was donating a bunch of stuff. And low and behold sitting behind a mirror under a moving blanket (I'm guessing intentionally). A DC25 Blueprint! First thought, how the hell am I going to sneak this one by my wife. Let's just say the mind is very clever when you really want something.

All in all its in beautiful condition. I have been searching for one , but they all were beat up and the lettering would be faded. This one has been kept in very good condition. It's been a while since I ran a dc25. Anyone remember the brushroll being a little louder than usual?

Added a gen 5 detect to the Dyson collection. I'm a bagged vacuum man all day everyday, but for quick pickups I keep a stick or 5 around.

Picked up a gen 5 detect today to add to the collection. $100. First impressions is it feels way cheaper than the older dyson sticks. Not a big fan of the matte finish. I don't know if it's a quieter motor or the powerhead I am using, but the v11 Outsize feels like it has more suction. I have a v15 detect but I haven't used it yet.

Any tips?
