Im on 26.5 iPhone 13 and my windows pc doesn’t recognize my phone , not even apple devices , I bought my cable from apple , any fix ?

I'm on windows 11 using64bit Sideloadly trying to install a tweaked ipa file onto my iphone 11 IOS 17.6.1.

I tried to install a tweaked ipa file of Alight motion premium and i trusted developer and everything but all it does is show a white screen before shortly closing. I deleted the actual Alight motion app because I've heard that those two could clash and therefore will not work. But now I see that wasn't the problem in my case.

Any idea what the problem could be?

I cant seem to find a solution to sideload without a cable or a Type C one to be exact
