r/signal

Can we please get basic Markdown-support in Signal please? I often share longer texts and citations and it would be very helpful to be able to send a list or table.

I use signal on my Android- v.8.30.3 from GitHub.

Everytime I'm open GIF from GIPHY, it takes forever to load and sometimes it does load at all.

Today I have issues sending pictures too.

Messages and calls seems fine I think

I tried discord but I have heard a lot of news of people getting their accounts falsely banned and I can’t risk losing access to what I have saved there

Noticed that sending stickers now requires two ckicks, first will bring up a preview then you need to click the send button to send the sticker. Any way to turn this off?
