Twice today I’ve seen a gaggle of motorcycle cops, with sirens on, giving police escort to about 3 large tour buses along Silver Lake Blvd. Anyone know what the deal is?
Howdy. I'm an LA local working on a dating app where people share upfront what usually comes out three months in: how they handle conflict, what they're working on, what they won't do again. The idea is to skip the guessing. This is coming from a personal frustration, as I'm sure most of you can relate to.

I've got an existing ADU in Silver Lake that needs to be redone and permitted properly. I also want to connect it to the main house with an enclosed hallway.
I was told it still counts as an ADU as long as it has a kitchen and a door to the hallway.
Looking for an architect who knows the ADU rules, does good work, and won't charge me like it's a custom estate. If you've used someone you'd hire again, please send some info over! Thanks.
