Loafers for skinny ankles

No matter how much weight I gain (within a respective limit) my ankles and wrists are always skinny. As a result, most loafers don't fit me well, I usually wear socks to thicken the padding.

Any recommendations?

3-Bedroom/1 Bath Separated Unit in Silverlake ASAP - $3600

My gf and I are having to break our lease 2 months into signing, mainly because we are no longer dating. We're so devastated to have to give this place up as it's super central to so many good restaurants / coffee shops near Hyperion / Sunset.

Details:
• Rent - $3600
• 1100 sq ft.
• utilities not included
• pets allowed at the discretion of the landlord
• No shared walls with neighbors
• 2 car garage
• backyard
• In unit laundry / dryer
• newly installed mini split ac/heater
• newly installed custom blinds / curtains (last attached images in the post)

We're trying to find someone by September 1st so we don't have to continue paying the rent, since we're both out of the place before then.

I'm hosting an open house this Sunday, so if you're interested shoot me a DM and I'll send the address.

[Wanted] Studio-1 bedroom to live alone, $1600 max budget

I'm a freelancer living in silverlake, currently moving out of my current spot due to life reasons. I'm mainly looking around the Silverlake / Los Feliz / Eagle Rock areas, but also potentially somewhere in South Pasadena as well.

Ideally I'd like a spot that has AC, and is in a somewhat chill neighborhood. No upstairs neighbors if possible.

Weaning lack of intimacy with my [29M] girlfriend [30F]

My lady and I have been together for about 2 years now. When we met, we thirsted for each other and were having a decent amount of sex, as you tend to do with a new person. We didn't live together, so the distance helped with yearning for each other while apart. Because we spent so much time together, we decided to move in together after 1.5 years. The move was tough on both of us, life getting in the way. But since settling into the new place, the level of intimacy has dramatically decreased. I assumed that seeing each other all the time would lead to more sex, but it's done the opposite. It feels like I have to catch her at just the right time, otherwise the moment feels fleeting.

I have a higher libido than she does, and I manage fine for a few days without it. But it gets to a point where it gets repetitive. When I brought this up with her, she said that she thinks it's totally normal for couples to have sex only once a week.. this scared me as it was news to me. That seems normal for couples who have been together for 5-10+ years, maybe. I feel like 2-3 is normal to me. I'm no deviant wanting to go multiple times a day, just enough that the flame feels constant.

I tried suggesting non-penetrative acts we can do during the week to accommodate her not wanting to have sex as frequently, which she was open to. But that idea faded quickly as she wasn't into the very basic things I suggested.

It's like she's a different person in that sense. Everything else feels great in the relationship, it's really just this. I love her to death, and she loves me the same. I'm not sure how to handle this.

TLDR: After moving in with my partner of 2 years, our intimacy has declined to once a week.. maybe. Not sure where to go from here.

Question for Digi techs

I'm making the transition to digi tech after working as an assist for a while, and I planned out a kit that I've written out in a spreadsheet. Before pulling the trigger on it, I've been recommended to start either an LLC, and/or a S-corp, mainly for writing off the purchases if/when I open a business account for the gear. What experience do you guys have with this approach? Is one better than the other? Is neither one a good option?

Any advice is welcomed. Thank you!
