Is this an accurate way to measure height? [update post from yesterday]

Is this accurate? Suggestions?

I feel like it's not the most accurate because of the curvature. The transition with the pool coping is much more c-shaped compared to the transition with the metal coping which is more u-shaped. Hopefully that makes sense.

so this is my skateboard (its a shitty board i got from marketplace from a guy who got it on amazon, its the chromewheels viper(?))

im new to skating so i dont mind using this until im a little better before i upgrade to a new board so feel free to shit on it if you like

anyway, i always thought the front was following the graphic’s orientation, but looking closely it seems like the back end of the graphic has a higher angle, so now im confused

pls help!
