I received a lifetime ban after using their services for the first time. I also paid extra for the fastest time to complete the order, which still took almost 8 days to complete. The "Pro" would do one part, then say they were going to go have lunch, but then would not be back on until over 24 hours later. When the "Pro" was completing the order, I could also tell they were cheating by using a net limiter. I could tell because the content I had asked to be completed would take them only 5 minutes of actual game play for an entire end game raid that normally would take 2 hours or more, and they would have only 4 kills or less for the entire raid. Then they would get off until the next day. I contacted customer support and said I didn't trust what I was seeing and that I was afraid my account would be banned and to get the PRO off of my account and assign a new one if the current one was going to cheat. The customer service representative told me not to worry about it, that they weren't going to switch the Pro and everything would be fine. A week after my order was marked as complete, my account was permanently banned for using a net limiter. I asked support for a refund being I spent a little over $400 on the order. The most they have offered is an $80 credit toward other services they offer. They said that once an order is marked as completed in their system, they are no longer allowed to give refunds due to the company policy. So, be very weary of using SkyCoach and their services. It is highly likely you will have your account banned and you will never see a refund, the order will also take a long time to be completed, even if you pay the extra fee for "lightning speed", or whatever it is they call that upcharge. Just stay away from them for your own peace of mind.
