Like many other bands in the scene, SWS has made a ton of songs with sad and depressing topics (hell, a trilogy of albums was made from these ugly feelings), but I’d like to know what songs in particular really hits you the most emotionally?

For me, it’s Another Day— which fun fact, was supposed to be on Gossip before they ultimately scrapped it and made it its own thing. It’s one of those songs that really doesn’t seem to mean much until you learn the context of why it was written. This song is just so depressing to listen to now, and I’m very bumped that it’s not on any major streaming platforms other than YT rn

The shading was not terrible. I was bleeding due to the shading. The jagged lines are how the branches were supposed to look based on the reference image.

I got this tattoo because this song means so much to me and I never thought I'd have to explain that to a reddit group that is based off of the band that wrote An Ending In Itself

Earlier I was thinking at how much SWS prioritized performing the singles (aka their big hits) from an album over the non-singles (aka the ‘deep cuts’). I decided to put that to the test. Here‘s a list of what I think are the mainstay songs from SWS‘ setlist over the years, from every album.

I bought the 100 limited run skate deck they dropped recently, literally bought it as soon as the band posted the link. It arrived and had pieces of the graphic scraped off in spots on either end of the board. I emailed support as soon as I saw, and nobody ever emailed me back until I sent another follow up email about 4 days later. They’ve just basically been giving me the runaround after I sent them a ton of pictures for proof. Their only advice is to make a UPS claim, but regardless at this point the deck is sold out and I’ve just got this damaged one. I literally don’t know what to do but this is so disappointing.

Update: They ended up issuing me a refund, although I don’t think I’ll be able to get a replacement for the scratched board which is a bummer, since it’s already sold out and only 100 were made. It is what it is.
